Das Schnittmuster 06-380 von Pattern Company gibt es ärmelloses Shirt oder mit Langarm-Variante. Nachdem ich es aus dünnem Slinky genäht habe, arbeitete ich es am vergangenen Wochenende aus einem Rest ganz leichten, locker gestrickten Wollstrick. Dieser lag nur sehr schmal, sodaß ich die Schnittteile von Vorderteil und Rückenteil nebeneinander legte und beide Teile zusammen 2 mal zuschnitt.

Die Seitennähte des Rollkragens werden bis zur Schulternaht geschlossen. Dann kommt in der ärmellosen Variante ein schmaler Streifen und ein Beleg in den Armausschnitt. Bei diesem Modell wollte ich aber lieber einen kurzen Arm. Nachdem dieser eingesetzt ist, werden die Seitennähte gearbeitet.

In der Anleitung wird an Kragenkante und unterem Saum ein Rollsaum vorgeschlagen. Dies hat mir aber wegen dem Wellengang an diesem Pulli nicht gefallen und ich habe den Rollsaum wieder abgeschnitten.

Stattdessen habe ich im Abstand von ca. 2 cm eine einfache Naht mit der Cover, also ohne dabei einen Saum zu machen, genäht. Diese Naht ist ohne weiteres auch mit der Zwillingsnadel möglich, hier darf sich das Material auch ruhig etwas zwischen den beiden Nadelfäden zusammenziehen! Es wird sich zeigen, wie der Strick nach dem Tragen aussieht. Abbschneiden kann ich ja immer noch ein bisschen…..

Auf alle Fälle sieht der Pulli aus wie ein gekauftes Designerstück und ist in ganz kurzer Zeit genäht. Bei Jersey oder Slinky sollte man darauf achten, dass er auch von innen eine schöne Seite hat, da man am Rollkragen auch die linke Seite sieht.

Nachdem ich am Donnerstag Abend fleißige Helfer hatte, die mein vollgepacktes Auto mit einem leichten Anflug von Panik entluden, konnte ich mir ganz gelassen am nächsten Morgen eine Stunde Nordic Walking durch Leipzig gönnen! So früh bin ich zuhause nie auf den Beinen! (Allerdings habe ich dort auch keine Nachbarn, die es an einer gewissen Rücksicht morgens um 7 fehlen lassen )

Gleich zu Beginn konnte ich die ersten Kundinnen begrüßen, die aus Leipzig und der näheren und weiteren Umgebung angereist waren. Ich fand es herrlich, Namen und Gesichter zusammen zu bringen! Man macht sich ja alleine durch den Namen ein Bild von der Person. Und ausnahmslos alle waren sie jünger als ich sie mir vorgestellt habe .

Am Freitag Abend erhielt ich eine kleine Stadtführung durch den Lebensgefährten meiner Gastgeberin. Da die nächst größere Stadt, Pforzheim, bei uns im Februar 1945 fast total zerstört wurde und ich mir gerne alte Gebäude anschaue, bin ich natürlich von den restaurierten Gebäuden und Strassenzügen total begeistert gewesen!

Beeindruckt hat mich wieder einmal die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Menschen in Leipzig, wie auch schon vor 2 Jahren bei meinem Besuch in Dresden.

Am Samstag waren es weniger Kunden, so daß ich, bei soviel Anregung, Wolle und Anleitung zusammensuchte und schon mit dem ersten Weihnachtsgeschenk begonnen habe.

Am Sonntag morgen kehrte ich Leipzig den Rücken und ich kam um die Mittagszeit im RobinsonClub Fleesensee an. Die Spannung war schon angeheizt, ich wurde freudig begrüßt. Die anwesenden Teilnehmerinnen wären am liebsten gleich zum Schauen zum Auto gegangen. Daß ich gelegentlich viel zu viel einpacke, ist mir bewußt, aber für die Organisatiorin des Nähurlaubs war es im ersten Moment wohl eine unvorstellbare und nicht unterzubringende Menge. Natürlich hatte ich zum größten Teil meine italienischen Designerstoffe eingepackt!

Fleißige Hände auch hier, alle wollten ja schließlich so schnell wie möglich sehen, was sich in den Tüten versteckte. Erste Vorauswahlen wurden getroffen und Pläne geschmiedet.

Am Montag begann der Nähkurs, zwischendurch blieb auch für mich etwas Zeit und ich begann die Kapuzenjacke von Pattern Company pc03-369 aus weiß gemusterten Leinen zu arbeiten. Die Beschreibung erfolgt demnächst.

Ausserdem nähte ich ein Kleid aus der Ottobre, das ich nie und nimmer gemacht hätte! Eine Teilnehmerin hatte es aber aus Jersey angefangen und es sah super aus. In der Ottobre sprechen mich die Fotografien der Modelle und die Kombination von Schnitt und Stoff meist nicht so an.

Aber das war das Schöne an diesem Nähurlaub: Jeder hat seine Erfahrungen, seine genähten Modelle mitgebracht und man konnte diese Teile im Original sehen. Wenn die Grösse passte, konnte man das Teil anprobieren und musste mit etwas Glück nicht einmal einen Schnitt abpausen!

Es war eine sehr angenehme Gruppe und ich freue mich, dass ich mit dabei war und diese Frauen kennen lernen durfte.

Bei meinem letzten Einkauf ging ein wunderschöner, großflächig gemusterter Jerseystoff mit. Erst zuhause viel mir auf, dass das Muster ja entgegen der Dehnrichtung aufgedruckt war. Ich kann mir zwar auch sehr gut ein T-Shirt daraus vorstellen, das auf der einen Seite weiß und gegenüber ganz bunt ist, aber eigentlich ist es schade, so wenig von dem Muster zu verarbeiten und zu sehen.

Gestern entstand daraus nun ein langes Kleid, genäht nach dem Schnitt 03-303.

Eigentlich ein Top mit V-Ausschnitt und Belegen, aufgelegt im schrägen Fadenlauf. Den V-Ausschnitt habe ich gerundet und etwas tiefer gesetzt, auch im Rückenteil habe ich etwas mehr weggenommen. Beim Saum ist zu bedenken, daß er etwas rund geschnitten werden sollte, wie das Top auch verläuft, da ansonsten das Kleid seitlich länger ist und ordentlich zipfelt!

Dieses Kleid möchte ich über ein weiße Leinenhose tragen. Aber ohne einen zusätzlichen Farbtupfer wäre mir das zu blass. Darunter kommt ein Shirt nach meinem Lieblings-T-Shirt-Schnitt 06-191. Dabei habe ich die Ärmel ganz, ganz kurz im Stoffbruch geschnitten und die Nahtzugabe im unteren Armausschnittbereich mit der Nähmaschine angenäht.

Beide Schnitte, der 06-191 und der 03-303 zusammen ergeben ein weiteres Shirt: Das Panel mit dem Venedigdruck aus den Neuheiten im Online-Shop hätte zuviel verloren, hätte ich nur den engen Schnitt genommen. Das Top hat aber keine Ärmel und die Ärmel bei diesem Panel sind zu schön, als dass man sie weglassen könnte! Also habe ich bis zum Armausschnitt die engere Variante des Shirt-Schnittes gewählt und bin dann ab dort auf die Weite des Tops gegangen. Der Rücken ist allerdings etwas weit, deshalb habe ich am Rückenteil seitlich jeweils ca. 2 cm wieder herausgenommen.

Alle Teile sind mit Overlock und Cover genäht, ganz selten kommt die Nähmaschine in Einsatz. Alternativ könnten die Shirts an den Ausschnitten aber auch mit Paspelgummi oder Falzgummi verarbeitet werden.
